SVN 报错：Unable to create pristine install stream

Looking at my hard disk, I saw that there's no
tmp folder inside my .svn folder.
Creating the tmp folder manually resolved the issue.
解决方法：在.svn文件夾下手动新建文件夾tmp即可。
